Every family who works with us on an ARD, IEP, or Section 504 concern starts in the same place: understanding what's actually happening in your child's education, so you can make informed decisions instead of reactive ones. That's the heart of what we do. Advocacy is part of the picture, but it's a tool we bring in when it's needed, not the entire relationship.

Understand
Educational Records Review & Roadmap
If you're staring at a stack of evaluations, IEPs, or 504 paperwork and aren't sure what any of it actually means for your child, this is where to start.
We review your child's most recent evaluation, current IEP or 504 plan, and the last year of report cards and progress-monitoring data, then translate what we find into plain language. You'll receive a Personalized Educational Roadmap that lays out what the records show, where the open questions are, and what to consider next, along with a 60-minute consultation to walk through it together.

Annual Educational Planning Package
An ARD or Section 504 meeting goes better when you walk in prepared, not when you're processing new information in real time while also trying to advocate for your child.
This package is built around your child's upcoming meeting. We start with a complimentary consultation, then review your child's full evaluation history, up to three years of IEPs, and recent progress-monitoring data. You'll receive a Personalized Educational Planning Roadmap and a planning session to help you identify priorities and questions well before the meeting date. We attend your child's ARD or Section 504 meeting alongside you, then follow up with a post-meeting consultation to help you understand what was decided and what to watch for going forward.
Partner
Family Partnership Package
Your child's needs don't stay the same for an entire school year, and a single meeting or consultation often isn't enough to keep up. This package is for families who want an ongoing partner in their corner.
We begin with a comprehensive review of your child's full educational history and provide a Personalized Educational Roadmap based on what we find. Over the year, you'll have a planning and roadmap-review session ahead of your child's meeting, plus three additional check-ins to reassess priorities and adjust course as things change. We attend your child's meeting with you, and provide ongoing decision support and limited assistance with school communication throughout. We'll talk through what's happening in your free consultation and help you understand what level of support actually fits your situation.
Parent & Family Support Services

Not every family's situation fits neatly into a records review, an ARD meeting, or a formal advocacy process. Sometimes what you need is simply someone knowledgeable to talk to, someone who can help you think through a decision, explain your options, or point you in the right direction.

Behavior Coaching & Support
In partnership with Maddy Marchetti
Maddy Marchetti offers behavior coaching for parents of children with disabilities. Maddy is an independent practitioner, and her coaching services are offered through Accessible Education but are separate from Accessible Education's own educational consulting and advocacy services.
Coaching is directed at parents and caregivers. Maddy draws on her background as a classroom and behavior support teacher to help parents understand what's driving a behavior and build practical strategies to use at home, including identifying patterns and triggers, creating visual schedules and reinforcement systems, and developing routines that fit each family's daily life.
Sessions are collaborative and responsive. When in-home support is part of the plan, Maddy coaches parents in real time in their own home, helping them apply and adjust strategies as they go.
This is coaching and consultation. It is not therapy, and it does not involve psychological or mental health treatment.
