Important Information Regarding Accessible Education


Services Disclaimer: The services provided by Accessible Education are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute psychological or mental health services, nor do they include psychological or educational assessments. We do not diagnose or treat any mental health or academic conditions. While we offer non-attorney advocacy services, we do not provide legal advice or services.
 

Consultation Terms: Accessible Education provides one free 30-minute consultation for new or potential customers per family. This initial session will be limited to 30 minutes. Should you require additional time, it may incur a fee, which will be communicated in advance. If you wish to discuss more than one child, additional consultation time may be necessary, but we will not charge for any extra time without prior notice. This free consultation is purely informational and does not establish an agreement for ongoing services. Detailed documentation and agreements will be provided before any official professional relationship begins.
 

Confidentiality Commitment: At Accessible Education, we prioritize your privacy. We will not share your or your family’s information without your explicit permission. However, all Texas residents are required to comply with Mandatory Reporting Requirements, as applicable.

Confidentiality: All information shared during consultations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your privacy is our priority, and we will not disclose any information without your consent, except as required by law.
 

Understanding & Agreement: Before starting any family support or advocacy services, we will provide you with a clear written agreement outlining the scope of services, responsibilities, and dispute resolution processes. This agreement is essential to ensure that both parties understand their rights and obligations.
 

Parent Rights: As a parent or guardian, you have the right to make informed decisions regarding your child's education. We encourage open communication and will provide you with relevant information to empower your advocacy efforts.
 

Accessible Education Responsibilities: Accessible Education is dedicated to acting in your best interest. We will keep you informed, maintain regular communication, and work to address any concerns you may have throughout the advocacy process.
