Special Ed and Section 504 Advocacy

Free consultation for parents navigating IEPs, 504 plans, and school support services.

Service Description

Trying to navigate the world of Special Education or Section 504 on your own can be frustrating and exhausting. If you’re unsure how to get the right services in place, have been denied evaluations or accommodations, or feel like your child’s IEP or 504 plan isn’t meeting their needs, we’re here to help. Our advocacy services are designed for families who want knowledgeable, compassionate, and practical support throughout the special education process. Whether you're just starting to consider a referral or are already attending ARD or 504 meetings, we can help you make sense of your options and take informed, strategic steps. We begin with a free consultation to learn more about your situation and determine whether our services are a good fit. If we decide to move forward together, the next step includes a detailed review of your child’s educational records. We work with you to clarify your concerns, understand what your child needs, and plan how to move forward with confidence and clarity. These services are often a good fit for families who are unsure how to begin the special education or Section 504 process, have been denied services or evaluations and need help responding, are concerned about the quality or implementation of their child’s current IEP or 504 plan, want support preparing for an upcoming meeting with the school, or need help understanding testing results, accommodations, or school-based supports. Once the initial advocacy work is complete, families can choose to continue services based on their child’s ongoing needs. Follow-up options may include regular check-ins to monitor progress, strategy sessions ahead of school meetings, written summaries of key meetings, parent coaching on rights and procedures, or guidance on alternative placements and funding programs. Our goal is to ensure your child receives both legal protections and meaningful educational benefit. We bring deep experience with special education law, district policies, evaluations, and classroom supports, along with a strong commitment to helping families feel informed, prepared, and supported every step of the way. Booking a consultation is the first step toward effective advocacy and a better path forward for your child. We are here to help you feel confident, supported, and never alone in this process.
