Special Education & Section 504 Advocacy
Accessible Education offers expert advocacy and support for families navigating Special Education and Section 504 processes. With over 12 years of experience in the public school system, including working on both sides of the ARD/IEP table as both a parent and a professional, we take a data-driven, collaborative approach that empowers parents to advocate effectively for their child's educational needs.
What sets us apart from other advocates is our comprehensive understanding of school district policies, compliance requirements, best practices in assessments and evaluations, and evidence-based interventions and accommodations. This expertise, combined with our commitment to fostering supportive relationships with schools, ensures we prioritize collaboration while also standing firm when your child's rights are at stake.

Behavior Coaching for Parents
Maddy Marchetti now offers behavior coaching for parents of children with disabilities, providing practical, individualized support to help families better understand and respond to their child’s needs. Grounded in direct classroom and behavior support experience, this service focuses on translating evidence-based practices into realistic, sustainable strategies that can be implemented at home.
What sets this service apart is its combination of technical knowledge and hands-on application. With experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing social-emotional instruction, and supporting students in moments of crisis, we understand both the theory behind behavior and the realities of applying strategies in real time. Support includes identifying patterns and triggers, creating individualized behavior plans, and developing tools such as visual schedules, reinforcement systems, and structured routines.
Coaching is collaborative and responsive, equipping parents not only with strategies, but with the confidence and understanding needed to use them effectively. The goal is to create systems that are clear, consistent, and adaptable to each family’s daily life.

Direct Child Support &
In-Home Services
Maddy Marchetti provides direct, in-home support for children who benefit from guided practice and hands-on implementation of behavioral and social-emotional strategies. This service is designed to bridge the gap between planning and practice, ensuring that supports are not only well-designed but effective in everyday environments.
With experience as both a resource and behavior support teacher, services are grounded in structured instruction, individualized support, and real-time behavior management. Sessions may include teaching social-emotional skills, supporting routines and transitions, and implementing behavior plans within the home setting. Support is also provided through modeling strategies for caregivers, allowing families to see and apply techniques with consistency.
What distinguishes this service is the focus on implementation—helping children build skills while simultaneously supporting families in creating systems that can be maintained long-term. The emphasis remains on increasing independence, strengthening regulation skills, and developing practical strategies that support success across settings.
